Knoxville, TN · Home-service websites · Concept staging

A website that makes it easier to call you.

Clear services. A credible local presence. A quote path that works on a phone. Built for home-service businesses that would rather run the job than wrestle with a website.

No ranking promises. No mystery ownership. No automatic filler content.

A recognizable pattern — not a real client before-and-after. Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

You see the work. Three complete concept sites show the actual design standard before a sales conversation.

You control the assets. The domain, content, analytics, and business profiles stay in the client’s name.

You approve the claims. Service facts, credentials, offers, and testimonials do not go live without client review.

Demo work

Three service businesses. Three different sales jobs.

These are fictional concept demonstrations, not client case studies. They show how the same build process changes around the way each trade earns a call or quote.

  1. Fit

Start with the work you want.

A short call covers services, service area, customer questions, existing assets, and what a good inquiry looks like.

  2. Build

Review a working site, not a mood board.

The first review happens in the browser. Copy, structure, and mobile behavior are visible together.

  3. Check

    Approve facts before launch.

Service claims, forms, links, mobile layout, accessibility basics, metadata, and ownership are checked before the site is public.

Talk through the fit

The ownership model

Built around your business—not a rented marketing account.

This staging concept leaves the public name and founder identity unfilled until they can be verified. The service model is already clear: give small service businesses a website they can understand, own, and use without signing up for a vague marketing machine.

The launch process is intentionally bounded. If the fit requires advertising, complex software, guaranteed rankings, or unlimited revisions, the answer will be clear before money changes hands.

Who owns the website?

The client owns the domain, approved content, analytics, and business accounts. The agreement will state what is transferred at launch and what remains licensed, such as third-party media.

Does the price include ongoing SEO?

No ranking campaign is bundled into the launch. The site includes a sound technical foundation: crawlable pages, useful titles and descriptions, structured business information, a sitemap, and indexability checks.

What does the care plan cover?

Hosting, backups, monitoring, security updates, up to 30 minutes of small edits each month, and a quarterly website-health review. New pages, campaigns, photography, and large revisions are separate work.

Are the three demos real businesses?

No. They are clearly labeled concept demos. They contain no real testimonials, ratings, licenses, customer counts, or performance results.
